1. All product warranties are provided by the respective authorized service centers and manufacturer’s terms and condition.
2. No warranty will be accepted for broken, damaged, or burnt products.
3. We only pick up and forward products to the authorized service center for warranty claims.
4. Please submit a photocopy of the purchase invoice with every warranty product.
5. Customers must collect their serviced materials within 3 months from the submission date.
6. No claim will be entertained for uncollected materials after 2 months after final reminder.
7. We do not accept any boxes, packets, cables, or accessories with the product.
8. A minimum diagnostic/service charge applies to all products.
9. All repaired products must be checked and verified at the time of delivery.​

• Laptop Chip Level Repairing (Starting from) = ₹2000.0
• Printer Diagnostic = ₹350.00
• Printer Basic Service (Minimum) = ₹490.00
• Lamination / UPS (Starting from) = ₹350.00
• Monitor (Starting from) = ₹390.00
